Responsibilities

Together with your teammates you are responsible for operating, maintaining and extending our highly available, heterogeneous platform

You and your team have ownership of the whole stack from network through server hardware up to the software

Ansible and Puppet are the tools of choice to face most of the tasks within your scope

You ensure that our users are always able to work on our platform and that our colleagues are always able to deliver their features to them

By curating knowledge about our systems, you enable the support team to have your back while you jump on your next challenge Qualifications

You have been honing your abilities for several years and you discover new avenues of improvement with every step you take

You already have experience in operating heterogeneous server farms

Challenging tasks are something that you vigorously tackle, because you see opportunities of improvement rather than unsolvable problems

As a true Linuxer you are well aware of the superiority of your preferred operating system - however, if necessary you are able to fundamentally administrate a Windows system

You are at least familiar with containers, cloud and tests for your own code and you are looking forward to take part in the transformation that our industry is going through

Your english skills allow you to work smoothly in our international team
