Systems Integrator Sales Executive

JOB PURPOSE

To support and deliver an aggressive growth plan in the Partner space at a European level, working proactively to build customer pipeline and coach new Partners in working collaboratively and effectively with IFS.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Ability to develop System Integrator strategy for IFS Europe.

·      Ability to examine different markets and form tactical approach based on findings.

·      Able to build and develop partnerships with our SI’s across Europe.

·      Sales experience with complex ERP or IT projects/ customers cross Europe.

·      Understand how to execute eco system sales.

·      Work across the internal matrix to maximise on deals and work collaboratively.

·      Ability to plan, follow up and execute.

·      High volume of travel across Europe as required.

·      Manage existing and potential partners.

·      Work proactively with partners to develop pipeline.

·      Work thru Partners organisation to achieve high sales targets.

·      Establish and develop existing relationships with both System Integrators and Influencers.

·      Carry System Integrator quota for parts of IFS Europe Indirect sales targets.

·      Work with both Co-selling, Influencers and Implementation Partners.

·      Used to work with a structured sales process, forecasting and closing plans to achieve high sales targets.



EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Essential:

·      Extensive experience in large IT service-based organisations.

·      Solid understanding of European IT markets.

·      Experienced in driving complex sales processes.

Desirable:

·      Experience in a similar role.

·      Experience in systems integration partnering.

REPORTING LINES

Matrix Reporting Line:

Directly report to European VP Partners and Alliances with indirect reporting line to local Market Unit Managing Director.
