Job Summary: Looking for an Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Manage the dairy, meeting bookings and documentation preparation
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
Responsible for presentation preparation
Preserve good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
Manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments
Prepare all purchase orders and reconcile invoices
Monitor payments and other obligations
Responsible for overall maintenance of the company and its offices
Job Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in a Business related field
At least 3 years of experience in the same or related role
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good prioritization and administrative skills
Expertise in Ms Office suite
