Consumer Insights Manager – KSA
Location: Riyadh, Saudi.
Reporting to the Director Consumer Insights and Consumer Experience of the Restaurants Business - will be responsible for:
Voice of customer
Act as the subject-matter expert on customer surveys and design, Customer Experience research and feedback with in-depth knowledge of VOC closed loop processes
Provide thought leadership to develop practical solutions to complex analytical problems
Represent, negotiate, and be a liaison in cross-functional initiatives to drive a roadmap of ideas in policy, process, and technology improvements that enhance the customer experience while reducing cost
Act as a touch point and collate customer feedback from call center, HD, social media, aggregators and generate actionable insights for the brand teams.
Insights - Business Insights
- Collect, analyze & generate insights from POS and transactional data across the organization and brands effectiveness
- Perform root cause analysis & develop complex analytical tools and dashboards to drive business insights
- Analyze sales data (SSS, transactions, SST, profitability)
Consumer Insights
- Collect, analyze and generate insights from customer, market, and competitor data from across the organization.
- Set and deliver the research policies, objectives & initiatives
- Design research methodologies, collect data on consumers, competitors and the market and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Voice
The ideal applicant for this role needs to have the following experience;
At least 7-10 years of Consumer Insights and Research experience
3 years of years of which must be within a product-oriented business (FMCG, Restaurants, Consumer Electronics etc.)
If the candidate is coming from an agency background, they must have managed multinational product-oriented clients in the Middle East for at least 4 years.
Ideally have experience in both Consumer Insights and Voice of Customer.
We are open to applications from candidates outside the region looking to relocate to KSA.
