Job Position Assistant Brand Manager – Refreshments Gulf
Reports to Marketing Manager – Refreshments

Roles & Responsibilities
REFRESHMENTS, ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER
Job Summary
Drive brand business targets, through creation and deployment of marketing plans to achieve the set brand KPIs;
Deep brand, consumer & market dynamics understanding, identifying clear actionable insights to be driven & be part of plan creation.
Full P&L ownership & delivery for role portfolio brand/segments across markets.
Lead innovation & activation deployment across Gulf to ensure on-time-in-full delivery, working closely to the regional category teams, customer development & shopper marketing teams.
Execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy
Developing disruptive digital full funnel campaigns for Refreshments category; DDM, Data collection & precision marketing.
Build productive working relationship with regional category team, Customer Development, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations;
Lead brand’s day to day operational activities, including NW management, budget ownership, reporting & stake holder management.

Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to dive into the brand’s performance and develop a strong understanding of the brand’s performance
Passionate about working in Refreshments category and being close to consumers, understanding their motives, drivers, barriers and needs.
Can comfortably work with and lead the cross-functional team (R&D, supply chain, finance) to deploy campaigns and innovations on time in full.
Can demonstrate high levels of consumer passion and ambition; see opportunities and capitalize on them.
Min 2-3 years of marketing experience with exposure to market, sales, and the innovation process
Fluent in English (preferably Arabic speaker)
