Succeeding in this role involves empowering our advisors so they have all the knowledge and skills to do their job. To do this, you will collaborate with the innovation team as well as the entire Technical Support Department.

Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company.
Our team goal is to fix our clients' complex technical IT issues. You will contribute to this goal by thinking, building and delivering training for our technical support advisors. Succeeding in this role involves empowering our advisors so they have all the knowledge and skills to do their job. To do this, you will collaborate with the innovation team as well as the entire Technical Support Department.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.
- Plan and provide training material according to the latest trends in microlearning, eTraining and all other methods that would function well in a constantly changing environment
- Ensure that the technical support advisors receive proper training. This applies to the integration of new employees as well as ongoing training for current employees.
- Analyze the training needs for each team
- Adapt and develop training material to reflect changes during product launches and new software versions. Participate in the deployment activities and continual improvement for the innovation team.
- Measure the quality of training given by using evaluation and feedback systems for each training session

- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role
- Experience training in a constantly changing environment.
- Experience with the latest training tools and a marked interest in providing strategic intelligence to stay up to date with new methods
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Office 365, will be considered an asset
- Bilingual (oral and written) (English and French) is essential
- Communication skills – Why? Because you will be expected to explain and vulgarize concepts by adapting the style and content of your messages to your audience (whether it’s internal client, external clients or your teammates).
- Organization and resourcefulness – Why? Because we don’t believe in micromanagement. You will need to figure out solutions on your own by using your skills, your knowledge and any relevant information you can get your hands on.
- Problem-solving skills – Why? Because when you will face a problem, you will first analyze the information before identifying the possible causes. You will then explore and implement the most efficient and logical solutions.
- Adaptability – Why? Because our industry evolves constantly. You will have to adjust your thinking and methods to better suit new or unplanned situations (whether it’s for your daily tasks or your work environment).
