Role Overview An Associate Manager in HR typically gets assignments in talent supply, learning & development, employee services, and his/her expertise in the different HR processes. As he/she gets more experience the scope and complexity of assignments gets bigger. In any assignment, however, the HR roles described below, are expected to be played. Taking the leadership of Talent Supply across all types of jobs offered across the plant and General office. In this role you will learn our talent practices and own the hiring of new talent that will shape the future of our company. As an HR Associate Manager You will assess local needs of different internal customers cross-functionally (Production, Logistics, Engineering...) to define the best strategy and provide them with the right talent at the right time. You will use our Employer Branding Strategy and initiatives in your markets to build a robust pipeline and attract the best young graduates to apply for a long term career at P&G. You will coordinate local campus teams consisting of great talent from different functions to deliver attraction and sourcing initiatives events, job fairs, programs and many more. Building people and leadership capability by delivering L&D programs and deploying annual training assessment. Qualifications Requirements Bachelors degree with one of the following majors Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant majors Saudi Nationals with fluency in English & Arabic Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions. Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to. Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment. Have the ability to learn on the job in a welcoming environment.Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
