Our client, a major global power development & investment company, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them on a full-time staff basis at their HQ in Doha, Qatar.

Additional criteria;

Hands-on experience delivering Share / JV Agreements
Working knowledge of Project Financing
Has led and delivered multi-million Project Team efforts on Greenfield/Brownfield Sites for a minimum of 7/8 years
Can demonstrate competence coordinating multi-functional teams (Finance, Technical, Legal etc.)
Would be considered an expert in one of these functions
Understands JVAs, JDAs, Share Agreements, Land Issues
Has worked with International Power Developers or Independent Power Producers, rather than EPC contractors or Consultants
Has worked on cross-border projects/ deals
Good experience in actual power plant development is preferred
Candidate from US/EU is preferred
Travel flexibility is a must (although based in Doha, a lot of travel is anticipated for the roles
Strong character, able to think on their feet and be self-reliant when needed
Must come from Power Generation or Renewables Industry
