PwC “Risk Assurance Services (RAS)" team is looking for new team members to be a part of our expanding practice in Financial Services industry.

What kinds of skills and behaviors we need?
Graduated from Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, MIS, Engineering or related departments of a reputable university
Banking or financial sector experience and knowhow in one of the areas mentioned below is an asset for the candidates

• Internal audit/internal control/risk management/compliance

Qualifications:
Total experience of 2-6 years
Work systematically and logically to resolve problems, to identify causes, relationships and implications
Excellent business writing and verbal communication
Open to learning and open for improvement in new business areas
Interested in working on an international setting
Teamwork- Works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, motivates people to work together to accomplish business results
Excellent interpersonal skills required to contribute in a team environment and to assist clients in a competitive market
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Fluency in written and spoken English

What will you do?
Review the systems and processes in order to;

• identify the improvement areas for more effective and efficient processes
• identify the opportunities for centralization, automation and use of robotics
• define and remediate process steps/activities that create bottleneck for the flow of the process
• establish mechanisms to more effectively monitor, analyze, measure and manage the processes
• ensure that the systems and the processes are compliant with the requirements of the regulator

Perform process mining activities for data-driven discovery of the processes and the relevant improvement areas
Perform process modelling and optimization
Carry out benchmarking analysis with local and global good practices and industry leaders
Define the digital strategy and prepare the digitalization roadmaps for financial institutions
Identify the risks in the processes, evaluate the effectiveness of governance mechanisms and control structures and develop recommendations for improvement
Help banks and other financial institutions in order to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
Support Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management and Compliance functions in more effectively managing their processes to create value for the organization and ensuring better collaboration and coordination between these functions to ensure efficiency
Perform risk-based IT and process process audits in banks and other financial institutions on a periodical basis
