We have a new trainee position within the deVere Group based in the UAE.

The Business development programme is ideal for a career minded individual, bring drive determination and a willingness to learn.

 

Your career will commence with a 2-week intense induction training period in our Abu Dhabi training academy where you will gain a greater understanding of the role and career path including topics such as Risk Management, Investments, Insurance, SIPPS and Property planning, along with understanding our clients short and long term financial goals.

 

As a Financial Services provider, we provide intensive in-house training so you can hit the ground running from day one with our varied portfolio of products. Primarily dealing with HNWIs you will be tasked with the following responsibilities;

·    Researching the market and identifying new opportunities.

·    Grow a network through social media and external channels.

·    Working closely with other departments to develop new opportunities.

·    Able to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.

·    Identifying clients’ needs and providing them with tailored business proposals.

·    Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

·    Working to weekly and monthly sales targets.
