Who you are? 

We are looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us in our newly opening Riyadh office. You would typically:  Have 5-10+ years of experience working with a leading consulting firm, in-house Strategy firm or post-MBA, depending on level (Manager, Director, MD.)

 

Role Overview:

Member of the management team who predominantly focuses on case management and delivery at the manager level, whilst supporting business development and actively coaching team members at the Director/MD level.

 

Summary of Role consists of elements of below depending on level:

• Ability to network, identify and develop a business development pipeline
• Independent, effective project/client management and ensuring delivery and is viewed as the key contact by the client
• Coach case teams to help them be the best and achieve their personal development goals
• Deliver high-quality, self-directed work, managing an office one or two cases at any one time – with appropriate Managing Director support where required
• Consistently manage increasingly large and complex (potentially unknown) cases and client environments to Teneo Consulting quality
• Specialise in desired sector/function expertise (grade dependent)
• Support Managing Directors with business development activity and begin to think about and identify roll-on work where possible
• Demonstrates gravitas and builds solid client relationships within the case environment
