We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Call Center Agents for UK Based Energy Campaign to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Skills Required:
Excellent time management and coordination skills
Excellent customer care attitude.
Must have UK based Energy Experience.

Team player and well organized.
Bold & confident with exceptional customer service and networking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in Night Shift.
Long-term commitment.
Familiar with Computer Usage.
High aptitude to learn.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Acts professionally and with integrity
1 or 2 years of related experience will be plus
