We are looking for fresh graduates who meet following criteria:

Job Description

• Maintain and Log customer issues in online helpdesk portal.
• Handle complaints, such as phone calls and emails
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify Patterns by looking at the types of problems that reoccur, suggest what areas need improvement to avoid occurrence of same issues in future.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered within timelines.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification/Eligibility

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce/Computer Science.
• Familiar with ERP systems and practices is a “Plus”
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Experience of having worked in IT industry would be a definite advantage.
