We’re looking for an Account Manager who is energetic, creative and understands the value of nurturing customer relationships. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment, and enjoy the management of all of the post-sales activities of our corporate accounts to help drive both customer satisfaction and incremental revenue.
The Account Management team is a crucial part of the company. This team leverages key enterprise contacts and works with current accounts to not only maintain relationships but also increase revenue by expanding existing services and introducing new ones. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a great sales team at a growing startup where your impact is significant every day.
Responsibilities
- Managing corporate accounts while simultaneously driving customer satisfaction and up-selling LUNCH:ON’s products and services to existing customers.
- Quickly identifying At-Risk customers and developing a plan to improve satisfaction levels.
- Be the voice of the customer to all divisions, leading the way to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Operations & Marketing to drive incremental growth in each company we currently serve.
- Leverage both phone activity and in-person meetings to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Document all activities in our CRM and Sales tracking software.
- Have the composure/experience to successfully navigate through a crisis.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker.
- Food lover is a must.
- Bachelor's degree from a top university.
- Charismatic and genuine personality that easily builds relationships.
- Organized with superhuman attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Sales/Vendor/Account management experience preferred.
