About Job
As a Customer Affairs Officer, you will be managing and processing feedback received through the relevant channels. You will lead the investigation process involving in-flight service aspects by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders for closure.
This role is focused on all in-flight service aspects including in-flight performance, amenities, catering, in-flight entertainment, customer care and any ground service processes impacting in-flight service levels.
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum 2 years of job-related experience. You should have excellent command of English, both spoken and written, high level of interpersonal skills and high level of computer literacy.
