Job Description :
Urgently required Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:
Responsible for maintaining all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal and other matters as per company standards.
Monitoring Contractors cost control procedures through the Design Phase, Construction Phase, Final Account & Defects Maintenance Phase.
Responsible for periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to manage project budgets.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation and own the negotiations with vendors.
Managing parts of construction projects.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
Minimum 5 years experience.
Excellent knowledge in the field.
Good communication skills.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Be a smart and presentable.
