We are currently seeking a National Sales & Customer Service Representative for our Ottawa location. The ideal candidate is responsible for answering customers calls/emails, converting leads to customers, conducting sales, processing orders , follow up on customers orders, developing strong customer relationships, and related tasks to promote excellent customer relations and to drive company profitability. Sales Representatives also provide feedback and assistance to our IT department for enhancing our online system and tools.

Description of Duties/Expectations:

• Taking calls, answering emails and processing customer orders on a daily basis

• Follow up on orders and all challenges or requests made by customers

• Willing to put the customer’s satisfaction first in all cases.

• Friendly and calm disposition, ability to diffuse conflict with a positive attitude.

• Represent The Company as a team that can work together to increase customers' profitability by providing the most cost effective product and services

Qualifications:

• College/University degree preferred or equivalent job experience.

• Passion for automotive industry is a MUST

• Be legally entitled to work in Canada

• Ability to communicate effectively ( English + French )

• Be high tech savvy with solid computer and fast typing skills

• 2+ year experience in sales or customer service role

• Demonstrated skill in sales, account development and customer service

• Ability to work unsupervised and independently !!

• Knowing how to operate social media pages is a plus

• Knowledge of SEO is a plus
