Goodyear is seeking a frontend or full stack Software Engineer to join our Innovation Lab in San Francisco. About The Position

This Software Engineer will join our small team of engineers, data scientists, designers, strategists, and technology scouts to develop digital products to support the development of new business models in evolving mobility ecosystem.

Primary Responsibiities

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to design, build and launch new product features.
• Review, analyze & evaluate business/technical system requirements. Make recommendations as to how technologies can best be used to support the business/technical strategies
• Provide engineering insight and feedback to Designers and Product Manager
• Complete life-cycle testing (unit & integration)
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or releated field required
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field desired
• 3+ years experience in software engineering / development
  
  

Skills And Abilities

• Web development (e.g. Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, Bootstrap)
• Mobile app development (e.g. Swift, Objective-C, Java)
• Backend framework (e.g. Python, Django, Flask, PHP)
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferrably AWS
• CI/CD for cloud applications
