We are at Suave Solutions Pvt Ltd looking for a professional, self-motivated, highly committed and result in oriented candidates having MBA & BBA Degree for the position of Customer Support Representative.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels i.e. social media, chat, email, ticketing.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer the questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as required.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Able to work with according to US Timings.

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 Years of experience in Customer Support
  • Ability to communicate in an American accent
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong Phone communication skills and active listening.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different Folks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
