Digital Service Lead - UAE

Our Client, a pioneering international innovative financial institution is currently looking to expand their team in the United Arab Emirates. They are currently looking to hire a Digital Service Lead to manage a team of Digital Service Analysts who will develop and maintain the digital services across the business, and focus on one or more areas of the digital services team: QA / DevOps / Cyber Security / and CX/UX.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identification and communication of Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies arising from current framework and future development.
  • Support colleagues outside of the technology department to get the most out of the stack.
  • Employ an array of technological languages and tools to connect systems together.
  • Support modern office infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with managed service providers to identify, track and resolve technology incidents, problems and facilitate change.
  • Collaborate with members of the team (e.g. data architects, the IT team, data scientists) on the project’s goals.


Key requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience of managing IT Services, Infrastructure and application Support.
  • Experience working as part of a product development.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Azure and other cloud infrastructure.
  • A natural curiosity to find ways to solve data management issues.
  • Experience in working with and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (computer science, software/computer engineering, applied mathematics, physics, statistics or similar).
  • Professional certification related to analytics/technology desirable.
  • International market experience is a MUST.
