For our HQ in Bergamo, we are searching for a:

 

REPLENISHMENT ANALYST

 

The mission of the Replenishment Analyst is to ensure availability of the new products across all KIKO MILANO sales channels, including our E-commerce website, granting our products are in the right quantity, in the right place and at the right time, without compromising the company goals on service level, inventory and obsolescence.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

·         Support the replenishment of finished goods and POS materials for offline stores and online/ e-commerce channels;

·         Grant the correct service level, optimizing store and on-line inventory levels, in accordance with the commercial strategy for baseline, collections and promotions/events;

·         Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs and develop actions accordingly;

·         Re-distributes and re-allocates low inventory according to business strategy;

·         Manage and support the replenishment process for new sales channels;

·         Act as key interface between Planning/Allocation, Purchasing and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure seamless information and execution flow.

 

PROFILE

·         University degree in Engineering or Economics with a strong focus on supply chain;

·         Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate and analyze data to drive problem solving, business recommendation and performance improvement;

·         Ability to disagree and commit;

·         Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking);

·         Ms Office proficiency;

·         SAP (user) ideal;

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.
