The Company
This Perth based company is currently seeking a Chemist to join a gold and base metal chemical analysis laboratory that provides services to the mining industry. They analyze around 9000 samples per week from large mining explorers.

The Role

• Full time hours working Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend and overtime required.
• Setting up and operating AAS for analysis of gold and base metals
• Sample preparation
• Acid digests
• Fire Assay
• Writing reports

Skills and Experience
Desirable applicants will possess:

• BSc in Chemistry or equivalent
• Willingness to learn in a busy mineral laboratory
• Ability to work shifts as required
• Full working rights in Australia
