exchange and mass and energy budgets.
The candidate will provide support during the preliminary design, development and production phases of the product.
The candidate will mainly be working on:
- Engineering design of parts, assemblies or products supported by CAD/CAE software
(elaboration of 2D / 3D drawings, simulation and static analysis);
- Development of watertight components of circuits with aggressive chemicals;
- Mechanical checks and pre-certification of components;
- Assembly of mechanical components and electrical wiring;
- Basic competences in the development of control systems for test benches and pilot sites (based on the
experience of the candidate).
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree in Mechatronic Engineering;
- Know-how on mechanical design and structural mechanics analysis;
- Experience in the engineering design of parts, assemblies, or finished products supported where needed by
computer-aided design/modelling software (e.g., Solidworks, Ansys, COMSOL Multiphysics);
- Experience in selecting materials appropriate for building mechanical components or prototypes based on specific
requirements and constraints;
- Skills in assembling mechanical components and electrical wiring;
- Ability to support the experimental validation of the components and/or prototypes in laboratories or pilot-sites;
