Working closely with our clients and partners, you will solve interesting technical and scientific challenges in the areas of HCI, graphics, and others. You will be able to make contributions in research, publish in top venues of computer science, as well as make an impact for our clients on their product directions.
Beyond the application and interviews, Research Scientist candidates should prepare to provide detailed supporting materials including a research statement, references, a biography, and a 45-minute presentation to be followed by Q&A during the evaluation process.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Join a team inventing the future of human-computer interaction!
- Conduct cutting-edge research with 3-10 year time horizon
- Work with clients seeking to commercialize revolutionary hardware
- Work at a variety of levels of the stack, hardware design, sensing, signal processing, systems architecture, developer experience, UI
- Make an impact on future products of some of the world's largest tech companies, help grow startups, and publish academic research
- Present the solutions to clients, and work with their teams to iterate and further innovate
- Share your work with the research community via paper publications in journals and presentations at conferences
- Recruit and manage student interns who can contribute to the organization’s research and technical goals
- Formulate and implement research projects
- Design user studies and produce qualitative and quantitative results
- Build prototype devices and experiences to demonstrate novel solutions

- Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related discipline
