My financial banking client is looking for a Legal Counsel to help provide legal services & contribute to the maintenance of the corporate governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in corporate affair matters including training, ensuring that all paperwork is accurate, effective & produced within the given timeframe.
• The role holder will contribute to the maintenance of the corporate governance framework & corporate affairs model
• Evaluate legal risk business is conducted within the guidelines
• Draft,review & negotiate contractual documentation

Essential;
- Need to be a qualified lawyer with corporate experience ( 3 to 6 years PQE)
- Deep knowledge of UK corporate governance practice
- Experience of advising with FS
- In-house Law experience (desired)
