Quixel is the creator of Megascans, Bridge, and Mixer: the world’s largest library of 3D scans and two groundbreaking art applications. Our products standardize and accelerate workflows within the entire 3D industry and empower all artists to take control of their creative passions.
We work with industry leaders in 3D art and have been integral to some of today’s biggest AAA games and blockbuster movies. We are also rapidly expanding into architectural visualization and product design spaces.

Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the Quixel production teams
- Implementing production workflows and activities, ensuring that resources are distributed efficiently and in accordance with the artistic and business objectives of Quixel
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Monitoring production tools and workflows across Quixel
- Helping producers schedule optimal schedule and department dependencies
- Ensuring projects are scheduled accurately and are kept on track
- Constantly evaluating and iterating on improving production and development processes
- Initiating effective and healthy collaboration across all departments
- Leading by example, especially when dealing with new asset production pipelines
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Management or equivalent
- Extensive CG pipeline experience in a Senior Producer role
- Excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal
- Expert knowledge of CG workflows, pipelines and project management from concept to final delivery
- Highly organized, with experience of using scheduling, project and resource management tools, and of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful and a creative problem solver, used to working to strict deadlines
- Optimize the utilization of staff across Quixel, prioritizing work and partnering with the management teams to drive resource allocation decisions
