Position :Helpline Assistant
Location: Qatar
Salary:- 2000 QAR +400 Food
Experience :- Min 1+ years Experience
Education : High School Graduate with Diploma
Key Interactions:
1.Laundry Supervisors, LQC and end users (Hospital Staff)
2. Uniform Attendant

Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day activities of reception desk helpline requests and associated functions, ensuring all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols and time-scales.

Accountabilities

Duties:1. Responding to helpline enquiries including answering enquiries that come into the Helpline Know cross, byTelephone, letter or e-mail
2. Take detailed notes of any pending needs, complaints or issues reported by the callers
3. Provide relevant assistance to callers if needed
4. Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager depending on the category of complaint.
5. Keep track of all entering calls details in the complaints and feedback forms
6. Report any incident or act causes any harm to end user
7. Preparing weekly triton analysis report base on request register in Know cross system
8. Submit daily helpline report base on request register in Know cross system
9. Provide general relevant administrative support to Customer Service Manager
10. Ensuring to take action in all helpline request either linen (within 1 Hour) or uniform request registered in Know cross system.
11. Preparing all the needful SOPS related to the laundry operations if required
12. Accompany Customer Service Manager during Audit
13. Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and other associated guidelines.
14. Ensure compliance and processing protocols in order to meet standards for quality and accuracy.
15. Maintain strong working relationships with the rest of the team
16. Perform other duties as required.
