VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Solution Architect for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company in Qatar with the following skillset and terms and conditions.

Job Specific Skills:
The Architect should have a Domain, Functional and Technical capabilities in the verticals such as Construction, Financials, others with following skills but not limited to,

The Integration Architect has to be Techno Functional Consultant with minimum of 10+ years experience in Business Application Functional & Technical areas.
Should have experience in Financials, SCM, HRMS & Payroll and in Projects with minimum of 5 end to end implementation where should have extensively worked in Technical development and Integration activities inside and outside the Business Application System
The Integration Architect should have capability in Design and develop innovative solutions to business problems and enhancement requests, taking full account of existing system design constraints.
The Integration Architect should have capability in conducting the change impact analysis of identified changes by business and ensure optimal solution selection.
Should able to identify opportunities for business process improvement and develop solution options for implementation across the Organization areas.
The Integration Architect should able to plan and where necessary execute regression testing for introduction of business and system changes.
The Integration Architect should have capability in providing support for the overall solution design and configuration of Business Application, custom extensions and reports, integration components, Custom reports and dashboards components or in Business Intelligence modules in the production environment as part of the support Team
Should ensure application architecture deliverables are consistent with solution design principles, standards and methodologies

Should have good knowledge in grasping of business processes and experience in making recommendations for process improvements in Financials, SCM, HRMS & Payroll and Projects Functions and modules
Should have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical individuals and the ability to present to a range of audiences in a clear, concise, appropriate manner
The Integration Architect should have experience in interfacing and coordinate tasks with internal and external resources.
The Integration Architect should able to collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to provision solution estimates, develop overall implementation plans, and serve as the lead as required for implementation, customization and integration efforts.
The integration Architect will able to Demonstrate competency as a subject matter expert by thoroughly understanding products, features, functions, and benefits while being able to communicate this within all levels of an organization.

Minimum Qualifications & experience:
Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Commerce / others

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Information Technology in Business Applications, CRM Application, Internet Application, System Security in in the areas of Financials, SCM, Projects and Human Resources industry
