HR Manager

Siddique Ice is looking for an HR Manager to plan, manage, and evaluating employee relations and human resources.

Duties

• Fulfill HR requirements by recruiting the best talent for company at a cost effective pay
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Serve as the single point of employee grievance redressal
• Design and implement company SOPs for in office and field behavior
• Design and implement employee performance evaluation metrics
• Design an effective reward & discipline system
• Conduct employee training programs as necessary
• Conduct periodic pay surveys and recommend and implement any pay structure revisions
• Prepare and submit Payroll to Accounts each month

Education: BS/BBA in HR

Experience: 3-5 years

Certification: NUST CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR

Salary: Negotiable if experience/education warrants.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs40,000.00 /month
