Careaxiom is looking to hire a Recruitment & Operations executive who will be responsible for running the daily operations of the office and be a hands-on recruiter


What Will You Be Doing?


  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews and maintaining interview process records

  • Monthly expense & internal accounts management and vendor payments

  • Manage the local accountant with the US Finance Operations

  • Purchase office equipment and MacBooks for employees

  • Supervise helping staff for general office upkeep, maintenance of office furniture and fixtures

  • Manage Inpatient and Outpatient health insurance

  • Oversee daily office lunch, negotiate with caterers

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Organize and set up company-wide meetings

  • Assist PK employees in US Visa application process, make travel arrangements

  • Plan and organize company events including gala, tech talks, and sports activities

  • Keep track of office equipment and devices


What Are We Looking For?


  • 1-3 year of experience (preferably in IT companies)

  • BS (Hons) degree in Business Management, Human Resources or Marketing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes

  • Good listening and improvisation skills

  • Quick at learning new skills and tools

  • Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred
