Software Education Trainer

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for talented individuals who have a passion for training and ensuring a high level of customer service! As a Software Education Trainer, you will primarily teach and deliver classroom and on-site training to customers in the use of the Dealer Management System (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products and train employees in Internal Training Development offerings. You will also support the Software Implementation Department on new client launches, as required, travelling to client sites and handholding the users as they launch on the software. Additional responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Computer Aided Instructions (CAI), as well as user guide development and maintenance. Through your training period for this position, you will have the opportunity to attend multiple courses that you are planned to deliver and visit dealer sites to better understand the DMS.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• University degree in any discipline or relevant experience
• Full driving license required
• Must be prepared to travel around the UK up to 30% of the time
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
• Strong attention to detail, as well as problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
• Capacity to build rapport and interact with people at all levels
• Good sense of humor and ability to inspire others
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous training experience preferred, but not essential
