Composite Jazz was created in April 2017, as a manufacturing subsidiary company of 3T Cycling, with the goal to bring the production of carbon bicycles and parts back in-house in Italy.

In 2018, the company started the production of the lightest aero carbon crank available on the market, the 3T Torno, developed together with our sister company in Germany, THM.

At Composite Jazz we use a proprietary production process which allows us to develop the most advanced bike frames and components in the world. The company is now looking for the best of the best for our engineering team. If you are passionate about cycling, driven, transparent and determined to make things happen from computer to reality, this is the place to be.

We are looking for a mechatronic or mechanical engineer with PLC and programming basic background, CAD design expertise on handling assemblies and previous experience on automation of small industrial processes. You will be supported by Composite Jazz’s engineering team but also by a team of highly experienced advisors based around the world.

We are more interested in potential and attitude than experience, but the person we appoint will certainly be clever, imaginative, self-disciplined, organised and able to bring out the best in all kind of circumstances.

Key skills:

1.    Automation knowledge: PLC, G-Code programming, other languages are a plus

2.    CAD: Solidworks, Catia is a plus

3.    Handy person able to perform workshop’s tasks like cutting, drilling, assembly, etc
