About The Role

Careem PAY is looking for a rock star Partnerships Manager who is part product manager, part marketer, part growth manager and part data scientist. This individual will have laser focus only on one goal: driving commercial partnerships for the Consumer business that tie in with our growth ambitions. The main role of the Partnerships Manager is to identify and lock key partnerships for Careem PAY consumer business across the region, that bring desired results both in terms of growth as well as business performance.

Reporting - This role reports into the Head of Customer – Careem PAY

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive partnerships plan in-line with Careem PAY roll-out strategy
Lead and champion the growth of Careem PAY through material and meaningful partnerships across the region
Work with cross functional teams across the region to leverage and execute key partnerships
Support various growth initiatives associated with partners
Regularly monitor goals vs. performance
Working closely with cross functional teams in Careem PAY

Required

Qualifications & Skills

Be passionate about digital financial services and the fintech space
You have 3-5 years of work experience and have a degree from an accredited university
Strong people management skills, must be a great team player
Has the ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
Preferably have a strong commercial and/or growth-related role

Minimum 1-year Experience In a Tech Startup Company
