Job Summary

Junior Portfolio Managers are responsible for a smaller book of business and are expected to service, retain and grow the assigned book of business.

Job Description

• Processing of all documents (renewals, endorsements, cancellations, new policies)
• Cover letters, evaluations and quotations as required
• Past Due Notices/Receivables for own portfolio
• Claims notices and claims follow up
• Maintenance of expiry list
• Issuance of Binders and Certificates
• Completion of CSIO Homeowner's Applications
• Dealing with customer inquiries and policy changes
• Handling of ICBC transactions
