THF is looking candidates for the position of Principal for Faroouq Ahmed And Aftab Shamsi Technical Institute (FAASTI) in Lahore.

The candidate must be a graduate, preferably Masters (in Engineering / Management / Academics). 10 plus years of experience in the academic and operations management with at least 05 years in a leadership position. Must be result oriented professional with skills to organize teams and develop processes. Should be conversant with periodic academic reporting and dashboard development.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Manage Academic Operations
• Liaise with industry, Institutes, Government and private agencies
• Oversee Curriculum Development
• Ensure Team Building
• Help in Recruiting Students and facilitate their placement
