We are looking for an experienced QAQC Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
Candidates must be already located in Doha and have a valid work permit to work in the country as per the laws and regulations.
Unfortunately, candidates applying from other countries will not be considered for this position.
Main responsibilities:
- Selecting Quality personnel at the worksite to interview them with the purpose of training and evaluating them annually on QA (Quality assurance) and QC (Quality control) standards.
- Keep control through the logs and internal audits in order to accomplishment the requirements, failure detection, improvement proposals and quality service increase.
- Establishing Quality Control procedures.
- Establishing records to be implemented and the quality standards that must be accomplished.
- Advising in ISO system implantation and develop procedures for the different areas of the organization for quality purposes.
- Establishing procedures in client´s legal requirements and within the company legal requirement to accomplish the Quality standards.
- Monitoring the implementation of all the procedures with records with the objective of collecting efficiency evidences.
- Proposing corrective, preventive or improvement measures based on the analysis of previous results obtained.
- Collaborate with HSE and other cross functional teams to ensure all the standards are met within the project
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer.
- Master Degree/Specialization in Structure will be a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience.
- GCC Experience is a must.
- Previous experience within the Main Contracting sector.
- High-rise buildings/5-star-hotel experience will be a plus.
- Experience in quality system audits.
- Strong knowledge of engineering international standards.
- ISO 9001.
