About The Job
In this role you will be building and leading one of our first Local Sales Development Team. You will have the opportunity to help shape this function from the ground up and create a team that will impact KeepTruckin's pipeline for a new market and product.
You and your direct reports will be responsible for working closely with fleet owners and managers to educate them on KeepTruckin's Fleet Management product, quickly develop relationships, and work closely with our Account Executives to generate pipeline and set meetings for them to close.

You and your direct reports will be responsible for working closely with fleet owners and managers to educate them on KeepTruckin's Fleet Management product, quickly develop relationships, and work closely with our Account Executives to generate pipeline and set meetings for them to close.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance of key Inbound and Outbound metrics
- Analyze and report on key metrics and forecasts to senior management
- Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of a world class team, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for KeepTruckin
- Interview and hire sales talent and continually "raise the bar" with each new hire
- Provide continuous coaching for SDRs to help them meet their individual goals
- Contribute creative ideas and best practices to help the organisation's goal to be best‐in‐class
- Work cross functionally with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Marketing
- 3+ year tele-sales experience
- 2+ years management experience
- Has experience managing teams of over 4 individuals
- Excellent written and verbal english skills
- Has worked with an English-speaking Offshore team
- Proven ability to grow a high performing team
- Metrics and data-driven, with a history of performing above team quota
- Degree from a top tier Pakistani university
- Experience managing a remote team would be a plus
- Degree from a European/US/Australian university would be a plus
- Has worked previously in European/US/Australia would be a plus
