About The Job
As a Senior Recruiter, you have an opportunity to help build our internal team. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who are able to collaborate with teams to search, vet, and onboard the best available talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy to ensure overall good communication, as well as, a smooth recruiting process.
- Distribute our operations job descriptions across various job boards, social media and universities.
- Utilize different sourcing techniques e-g. Boolean search, social recruiting.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent
- Manage requisition load and full life-cycle recruiting process across different functional groups which can range from 10-15 requisitions at a given time
- Ensure timely and thorough candidate screenings
- Coordinate and attend Job Fairs, conduct open houses and networking events
- Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods
- Develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent
- Develop sourcing plans to fill open positions and strategies to create a consistent pipeline for future openings.
- 4+ years of proven in-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience
- Successful track record of sourcing active and passive candidates
- A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
- The ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities and constantly re-prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proven ability to generate candidate pipelines utilizing innovative techniques that include strategic sourcing, internet mining, social media, etc.
- Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants
- Strong interviewing skills - behavioral and technical interviews are part of your daily life.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results.
