The Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition is responsible for the end to end execution and delivery of the recruitment process across EMEA. You will oversee recruitment in this region in an individual contributor role. Responsibilities
- To develop and execute recruitment plans with hiring managers, providing expertise and direction on candidate sourcing across various Sales roles/ levels of hiring.
- Work closely with the internal global recruitment teams to meet the hiring goals, requisition management and support cross location hiring with focus on EMEA.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase effective outreach to prospective candidates through social media/ reference/ LinkedIn etc.
- Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
- Develop and maintain successful ongoing relationships with hiring managers independently, providing a high level of internal and external stakeholder management in recruitment.
- Leverage agency and other sourcing resources as a supplemental source.
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify and clarify job specifications and requirements.
- 4 - 8 years’ recruitment experience (blend of corporate and agency staffing preferred) of mid-level and senior-level hiring.
- Professional and consultative business style – ability to be flexible and adaptable to different work styles by independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to be pro-active about keeping things organized and adhere to procedure, process and protocol.
- Fluent in English and German (French and Dutch a plus).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in managing entire recruitment life cycle utilizing applicant tracking systems and multiple/divers’ candidate sourcing systems.
- Good working knowledge EU governance and compliance laws on hiring.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Applicant Tracking systems, LinkedIn and other tools.
