POSTE

As a Louis Vuitton Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. You will manage and coach your team into building sustainable Client relationships, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions to ensure the achievement of your store's goals. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store's operations and budget.


Louis Vuitton - Mall of Emirates is the second largest store in the Middle East, welcoming mostly local and resident clients. As a renovated store will open by the end of the year, Louis Vuitton is looking for a new Store manager to maximize the store business potential.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Management and Development

  • You will develop and coach Managers and Teams to ensure they deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client
  • You will identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans
  • You will assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure that team and individual targets are achieved in a positive, creative and empowered work environment

Client and Business Development

  • You will maximize the business store potential, leveraging all product categories and universes
  • You will establish a Client-centric mindset in store and build a loyal Clientele
  • You will act as a Louis Vuitton ambassador in relevant local activities

Role Model on Selling and Floor Management

  • You will lead by example on the floor, being a visible presence and support
  • You will provide consistent and qualitative feedback, coach the Managers and the team on the spot

Operations

  • You will ensure policies, standards and Louis Vuitton procedures are communicated and implemented
