You Key Responsibilties Would Include
This role is to help maximize sales for the store and to ensure that the store and it’s staff provide a first class customer experience. Supervisor at Stadium need to provide an example on the shop floor - they are relied on to guide and help the sales assistants working with them. Their role is critical in ensuring the success of the store and the growth of the business.
Behavioural Competencies : Leadership, Strong Business Acumen and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

You Key Responsibilties Would Include
This role is to help maximize sales for the store and to ensure that the store and it’s staff provide a first class customer experience. - Help to maximize sales for the store.
- Supervise the daily operations of the department with the CDM.
- Ensure minimization of costs by controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly to avoid shrinkage, etc in the store.
- Stocks shelves, counters or tables with merchandise; ensures that visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and standards maintained.
- Counts and balances cash register and receipts.
- Stamps or attaches price tags on stock.
- Merchandise and checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list.
- Act as the Senior contact in store for customer and any other interactions and lead the staff and direct their activities as briefed by store management.
- Coach and guiding staff on customer service behaviors and customer service.
- Help prepare reports and carry out store walks with the CDMs.
- Act as role model for the SAs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Knowledge of sales principles
- Relevant product knowledge and training
- Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
- Basic business administration knowledge
- Confident and clear communicator
- Awareness of the impact of behavior and performance
- Awareness of level of authority
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
- Knowledge of the Sports brands
