Responsibility

Job Purpose

The position will be responsible for analyzing, performing RCA and recommending, and coordinating in rolling out improvement actions across various streams of the supply planning function of MENA

Key Accountabilities

• RCA for inventory health: Identify key drivers of excess inventory in all regions and recommend changes in the planning processes to reduce recurrence.
• Delivery Capability Analysis: Identify key drivers for service failures and recommend changes in the planning processes to reduce recurrence.
• Process efficiency: Analyze the current processes of supply planning to identify process duplication and redundancy. Recommend alternate processes.

Experience

• Bachelors in Supply Chain or Operations Management
• 3-5 years experience of RCA
• 3-5 years experience of Supply Planning
• APICS certification preferred
• Knowledge of ERP & MS Excel required
• Excellent English communication skills required
