What the first 90 days in the job will look like?

Within 30 Days You Will

Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.

Meet relevant stakeholders for our team.

Develop understanding of the existing People & Organization Structure.

Ensure self-learning and development to remain aligned with the New Culture and Jazz First Mindset.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Jazz business partners (vendors) to ensure smooth execution of operations in line with applicable policies and compliance charter.

Ensure smooth execution of regional fleet operations by ensuring that business requirements are met effectively and in a timely fashion

Be involved in arranging and managing female pick and drop facility within the region

Be responsible for managing & training drivers in line with the predefined set rules & regulations.

Facilitate employee transport for inter and intra city travels.

Within 60 Days, You Will

Be involved in active coordination with the finance team for timely renewal of vendor contracts.

Be handling queries, complaints on Careem for intra city travels.

Be responsible for vehicle repair & maintenance for pool & dedicated vehicles.

Be involved in a proactive dialogue with the vendor for timely driver salary disbursements

Be responsible for designing of routes for females pick & drop which would ensure efficiency and time management

Within 90 Days To Onwards You Will

Liaison with the supply chain department for vendor on-boarding and contract execution.

Maintain effective business relationship with the on-boarded vendors with respect to service delivery and contract compliance.

Provide fleet budget related inputs for every budgeting and forecasting cycle.

Ensure operational excellence within the allocated budget and strive for cost optimization.

Be able to handle conflicts across various internal and external stakeholders while ensuring delivery on the promises.

A Bit About You

We are looking for someone who has an experience of approx 3 to 5 years in fleet and travel management from a multinational company or hospitality industry and has been managing all administration related activities. The ideal incumbent would ensure to innovate & implement new initiatives for fleet optimization. The role is also expected to liaison with internal stakeholders and Jazz business partners (vendors) to ensure smooth execution of operations in line with applicable policies and compliance charter.

A Brief About Your Team

The fleet and travel management team is responsible for managing travel & fleet services for the employees of the region. The team is responsible for managing admin & technical fleet, female pick & drop and any other fleet related services (e.g. Careem) and is also looking after inter & intra city travels alongwith monitoring of careem rendered services to JAZZ

The Structure Of The Team You Will Join Is

You will be reporting into Admin Experience Manager who will be based in Lahore whereas you will be stationed in Multan.
