The Department for Curriculum and Quality Enhancement is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for casework and non-medical help. The appointee will have a good working knowledge of administrative systems and experience of working in a busy customer focused office environment, which included reception, invoicing and clerical duties.
The appointee will work alongside colleagues, providing assistance to students with disabilities with the application process and assisting with invoicing and appointments for non-medical help. The post requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal to handle such contacts in a sensitive and appropriate manner. Expertise in using Microsoft Office packages and experience in diary management is essential and a fundamental commitment to confidentiality is key to the role.
