We are looking for someone who is passionate about building high performing teams and driving change throughout the department. You will be reporting into a Lead Delivery Manager. Key responsibilities will include: Maintain (and improve) agile development across multiple teams Facilitate Agile Ceremonies - Planning, Demos and Retrospectives - with the teams Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders on team goals Empower and coach teams to self organise and improve, ensuring solid processes and good discipline Work with your teams to maximise throughput with quality, innovation and automation at the heart Identify and remove issues, risks and impediments that would affect teams and business area Use collaborative techniques to bring about team changes Looking for ways to reduce or remove dependencies, making team(s) as self-sufficient as possible Organise releases and distribute release communications Track work using JIRA or TRELLO Contribute towards ITVs Agile Delivery Function function Work experience required: Essential Experience in facilitating teams using Scrum and/or Kanban Good understanding of Agile ways of working - techniques and practices Experience in forming new teams Managing work across multiple teams when dependencies span across teams or external suppliers Demonstrable experience of planning, estimating and metrics Experience in Coaching and Facilitation Knowledge of Internet/digital development technologies Desired Project management experience Respected certifications in Scrum and/or Kanban
