This pharmaceutical company, dedicated to the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of animal health products, is looking for a Quality Control Analyst for the industrial site based in Princeville.

Your main mission will be to perform analyzes on raw materials, finished products and stability in compliance with protocols, procedures, deadlines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Main activities :

Analyzes

• Performs analyzes on raw materials, finished products, stability and performs them in accordance with methods of analysis, procedures, deadlines and GMP.

Equipment

• Maintains the equipment used in accordance with the procedures of use and preventive maintenance and alerts its hierarchy in case of malfunctions.

Development and Validation

• Participates in the development of new analytical methods and the optimization of the methods in place. Performs the analyzes carried out as part of the analytical validations by respecting the defined protocols.

Security

• Ensure his own safety and that of his colleagues by applying the general rules of safety and hygiene, and alert his superiors of any situation at risk.

Analytical methods and procedures

• Proposes, writes and ensures the updating of the methods of analysis and the procedures of its activity in the respect of GMP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• DEC in Analytical Chemistry or Equivalent.
• Know how to perform physicochemical analyzes, write reports, procedures and follow procedures and deadlines.
• Knowledge of GMP and Essential WHMIS Knowledge of Office and Dedicated IT Tools (Analysis Appliance Software, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Functional English (Reading).
