Urgent requirement for a Application architects for a world-leading IT vendor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Definition: Application Architect 

• 15+ years of experience with as a software developer and team leadership • Experience with agile development  practices and tools
•  Experience with modern code integration and merge practices. Design and create an automated CI flow and pipeline. 
•  Experience with test driven development approaches and test automation (unit, user etc.) 
• Experience with data driven UI development, and new java frameworks (React.js, React native) 
• Experience with services design, defining bounded contexts and micro-services Experience with API design, development and API layer consistency methodologies (Sagas etc.) 
• Experience with data persistence technologies, key value stores and application caching 
• Experience with asynchronous/non-blocking and event driven programming 
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools. Is able to define the required application stack down to infrastructure layer. The Candidate will be asked to:  Oversee the user research exercise and creation of an application concept & wireframes. 
• Meet the teams gather the requirements and facilitate building of application workflows, epics, user journey and stories. 
• Define the right approach, methodology and technologies to achieve the user objectives.  
• Negotiate with application business & technical teams, facilitate creation of a clear and detailed development backlog, phasing and efforts estimation. 
• Oversee the development activities, coordinate with the developers and team members. Participate in the daily meeting and agile ceremonies. 
• Be accountable for application quality, define approach and oversee execution of the required testing activities (Unit, Integration, User, Performance, security etc.) 
• Participate in the testing, facilitate the structed feedback Internal Use - Confidential collection, establish the backlog and prioritization. 
• Be responsible for customer acceptance. 
• Coordinate with GTM team any extension requests, be accountable for creating approach and estimations
