Job Description

• The required candidate would be responsible for executing the maintenance & trouble-shooting of electrical & instrumentation equipments, including, L.T & H.T switchgear, Field panels, motors, Pneumatics (SOV, Cylinders, actuators, valves, control valves), Heaters, temp sensing devices, VFD’s, Allen Bradley PLC, Siemens PLC, Safety PLC, Mod bus, device net, Ethernet networks, HMI, processor base electronic boards, SCADA and Process instruments in following Utilities Areas;
  
  • Steam Boiler (Bosch)
  • Air Compressors & Refrigerant Dryers (Atlas Copco)
  • Electricity Diesel Generators (Cummins)
  • Bumpless Synchronization System (Deep Sea)
  • Burners (Weishaupt)
  • N2 Plant Compressors, Desiccant Dryers & Generators (Gardner Denver)
  • Electrical & Absorption Chillers (Trane, LG)
  • Process Water Deep Well Turbines, RO Treatment & Process Pumping
  • Steam & Electrical Dehumidifiers
  • Air Handling Units
  • LPG Vaporizers
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant
  • Fire Fighting Water Pumps & Sprinkler System
  • Plant Facilities minor electrical repair works
  • The candidate should be fully versed & knowledgeable about SAP PM, predictive & preventive maintenance & must be computer literate with good writing skills and will be responsible for:
• Complete preventive maintenance, completion of pending tasks, dig down of chronic issues in his assigned plant area.
• Executing the maintenance SOPs and update preventive maintenance plans for the electrical & instrumentation equipment.
• Reviewing & maintain the critical parts inventory of his assigned plant area.
• developing learning material & deliver training regarding his assigned plant area.
• Repair management and utilization of Electronic devices to reduce the consumption of new parts.
• Developing monthly performance report of his assigned plant area.
• Dealing with E&I contractors for Utilities/ROF jobs.
• Kaizen & improvements to reduce down time in his assigned plant area
• Learnning & comply food safety regulations & principals.
• Interacting with E&I Manager and get technical support where needed.
• Calibration of instruments and Standalone Controllers/PLC programming backups (any PLC which is master controlled by Process PLC is excluded)
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical/Electronics
• 7 to 8 years in a similar capacity Sound knowledge of handling situations independently
