    As a future Senior Commercial & Marketing Manager of this operation, the right candidate would be highly influential for a prosperous future, being responsible for all sales operations across different services offered and becoming the sales force within this highly competitive industry, while ensuring that business development and strong relationships with existing and potential commercial and VIP clients are strengthened.

    An international leading aviation brokerage with 15 years of experience providing services in the business and commercial aviation industry in Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Main services include Commercial Charter Flights, VIP Executive Jets, Cargo Flights and Aviation Consultancy.

    • Role: Senior Commercial & Marketing Manager

    • Remuneration: USD 8,000 – USD 10,000 NET per month

    Role Responsibilities

    • Negotiate with existing and potential clients, including negotiation of cost-effective business proposals, contract renewals and T&Cs.
    • Develop relationships with local and international internal stakeholder groups and external customer counterparts.
    • Elaborate commercial development plans through the identification of new leads for the various services offered
    • Hands-on’ complex B2B contract T&C’s review, negotiation, drafting, formation and change of contracts, NCA, MOUs etc.
    • Deliver the highest level of service and strengthen relationships with VIP executive clients within the business aviation sector.
    • Oversee the sales function across a wide portfolio of services including Commercial Charter, Commercial & Cargo Flights, Aircraft Management, Aviation Consultancy among others.

     

    Requirements

    Experience and Key Skills

    • Extensive experience in a Senior Commercial Manager position within the aviation industry and ideally within the business and commercial aviation sectors.
    • Solid understanding of the Middle-East region.
    • International experience in the sales/charter/private jet/ ACMI business and a track record in successfully putting deals together in the business aviation sector
    • Demonstrable commercial contracts team management leadership and support
    • Advanced contract negotiation skills, able to demonstrate delivering commercially advantageous contract outcomes while maintaining positive customer relationships.
    • International contracts and customer engagement (must be able to accommodate international business travel).
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
    • Ambitious and self-motivated to be a sales force and build the team
