We are looking for a Business Processing Management Developer to join our team.



The Role

• Coding activities on a large scale BPM projects in Financial Services.
• Primary responsibilities in software development lifecycle, including meeting clients to determine requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of user interfaces and backend services.
• Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills, and communicate with Business users as well as with other members of the system team to assess mid-office needs and design systems to support the business.
• Ability to work, support, coordinate local and global off-site team players.

 

How You Contribute

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degrees.
• 3-6 years of experience in Software Development, comfortable working within a structured team using Agile methodologies
• Significant (1+ years) practical work experience involving BPM (Business Process Management) programming
• The ability to quickly learn and master overall business requirements, analyze business process and to define technical solutions and business processes using BPM tool.
• Knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Test Driven Development, and Unit Testing.
• Expertise in WEB API (REST services) and Web Services (3+ years)

In-depth knowledge of development and delivery experience with Java in SCRUM methodologies.

• Curious, future-oriented and open-minded.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
